NOW LET’S GET STARTED AND I ADMIT IT TAKES A LITTLE TO GET STARTED BUT ONCE YOU DO IT IS EASY, FUN, AND IT IS FREE.

Step 1:  Sign up at ‘Get a free Listingbook Account’ – you don’t have to supply your phone number.

Step 2:  You will receive a confirmation email from Listingbook, please open and clink the link.

Step 3:  Click to confirm.

Step 4:  Submit a search of the area you are interested in.  This search can be changed in the future.  You will also need to accept the terms.

Step 5:  You will receive an email from Listingbook with a password, which you can change once you log on.

Step 6:  In the future, you will be able to log on any time you want.  Just go to www.LaurenPolan.com and Log In To Your Listingbook Account. 

Please note it will take about 48 hours after the first time you log in to be able to search sold listings.
